Do You Need to Have a High IQ to Be Successful? Does an Average IQ Mean Youll Be Average?

You have probably heard the term "IQ" many times, and you probably know it has something to do with measuring intelligence.

The letters "IQ" stand for "intelligence quotient", and an IQ test is widely used as a way to measure intelligence.

IQ tests are often used by educational institutions to segregate students into categories such as "normal", "gifted", and "challenged".

Job and Life Rules to Follow

  • Decide which game to play. Is winning that important all of the time?
  • Jump in, ready or not. Take risks, you may not be able to tomorrow.
  • Keep on truckin’. You know the highway, keep up with the flow.
  • Grab opportunities. Can you recognize one or are you always thinking about it?
  • No excuses allowed.

    Re-defining Success in Midlife

When entering second adulthood, many women will begin a journey of re-defining personal and professional success for themselves. In midlife, success takes on a new meaning than it had in our 20’s and 30’s when it was most likely being defined more by others, the current culture, the past, hope or advertising.

Reach Your Goals - Never Settle For What You Can Currently Imagine

Never settle for what you can currently imagine

You are a captive of your own imagination. In other words, your wildest dreams form the outer limit of what you believe to be achievable. However, there are many people who are living lives, doing things, and creating realities that are so far beyond what you could ever imagine that it will simply never occur to you to think about it - unless you consciously make the effort to suspend all disbelief in furtherance of your ideal life.

    The Winner Walk

The Winner’s Walk is a key strategy in the sport of life/business. When you meet somebody new, your perception of the person and what you feel about them is based 93% on body language. When you walk like a Winner, people will feel your presence and know you have something to offer.

    Your Success

    Success starts in your mind.

    Positive Thinking creates the advantage.

Success comes with a good mood.

Listen to your most preferred CD before an important meeting.

Success is increased with a little attention.

Give others something maybe a nice gesture is enough.

Success comes when your body is healthy.

    Body and soul are inseparable.

    Getting Comfortable with Being Uncomfortable

They say that if you really want to stretch yourself and grow, then try doing something every day that scares you. What does that mean? Does that mean to rent the latest blockbuster thrillers that have all of the gore and guts and get your adrenaline going a million miles a minute?

Not in my book, but I like the philosophy.

    Characteristics of Successful People

Each human being, who exists above the level of simple survival and therefore has the freedom to think and make choices, has the opportunity to choose to live either a life that is ‘on purpose’ or by accident.

Choosing to live life by accident means deciding to be a creature of circumstance.
