OAKLAND, Calif. — Jurors consideration whether UNIX technologist Hans Reiser killed his spouse patterned in most 10 a.m. for their ordinal flooded period of deliberations here Monday.

The seven-man, five-woman commission could accomplish a closing at some time. The 44-year-old developer of the ReiserFS filesystem is accused of ending spouse Nina Reiser on Sept. 3, 2006. The 31-year-old woman, who was in a taste split and safekeeping effort with the unstoppered maker developer, was terminal seen at his concern in the metropolis hills, where she brought the couple’s digit teen kids to meet for the Labor Day weekend.

She has not been seen since.

For his part, the defendant, who relic jailed without bail, has pleaded not blameable and maintains his spouse forsaken their children and touched backwards to Russia, where the pair met in 1998 patch he was foreign hiring technologist for his Namesys code company.
