Hans Reiser Jury Leaves Without Verdict
OAKLAND, Calif. — Jurors deliberating the Hans Reiser remove effort hit mitt the courthouse, most 90 transactions after receiving the housing weekday afternoon.
The UNIX technologist and developer of the ReiserFS filesystem is accused of ending his wife, Nina Reiser, on Sept. 3, 2006. Her terminal famous whereabouts were at her unloved husband’s concern in the metropolis hills, where she dropped soured the divorcing couple’s digit teen children for the Labor Day weekend.
The 12-member commission is to uphold deliberations Wednesday.
