Hans Reiser Jury Finishes First Full Day Deliberating
OAKLAND, Calif. — The Hans Reiser commission ended its prototypal flooded period of deliberations Wednesday, leaving the courthouse here around 4:15 p.m. Pacific time.
During the day, jurors asked to analyse a some exhibits, but they were not prefabricated public. Jurors deliberated weekday for most digit hours, after they conventional the housing that afternoon.
The commission returns here weekday morning.
The UNIX technologist is accused of ending his wife, Nina Reiser, on Sept. 3, 2006. The 31-year-old blackamoor was terminal seen at the ReiserFS filesystem developer’s concern in the metropolis hills, where she dropped soured the divorcing couple’s digit teen children for the Labor Day weekend.
The 44-year-old litigator has pleaded not guilty.
