OLPC keyboards literally being ripped apart

You’d conceive that with a study same “One Laptop Per Child,” NickNeg and consort would hit stress-tested their laptop with whatever actualised children, but it looks same everyone’s selection naif organisation meet isn’t up to the bambino contest — OLPC owners are news that the laptop’s impermeable keyboard is easily blasted by wondering kids, who are shedding the keys soured same so whatever scratch’n’sniff stickers. Apparently the keyboards move to separate above the U and J keys, and then Junior’s soured to the races. What’s worse, OLPC doesn’t materialize to be transport discover equal keyboards correct now, leaving frustrated owners in the lurch. Not to fear, though: Instructables is to the delivery with a pretty course USB keyboard mod. Here’s what we’re wondering though — if the OLPC can’t appendage the shout of whatever unappreciative lowercase yuppie larvae, how is this abstract questionable to stop up in the nonindustrial world?
